Information we collect
Information you give us
- Contact details — your name, email address, phone number and property address when you send us a message, register a property, or correspond with us.
- Registration and authorization forms — the information on the Appointment of Agent form and service agreement you sign through DocuSign, which lets us represent you before the appraisal district.
- Property information — details and documents you share to support your protest, such as photos, repair estimates, purchase documents, rent rolls or operating statements.
Information from public records
To prepare your protest we use public appraisal district records for your property and comparable properties, including appraised values, property characteristics, exemptions and notices.
Payment information
Invoices are paid through Square's secure checkout. Your card details are entered on Square's systems — we never see or store your full card number. We receive a record of the payment (amount, date and status).
Information collected automatically
- Website usage — like most websites, our servers log basic technical information such as your browser type, pages visited and IP address. We may use analytics tools such as Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the site; these tools use cookies, which you can block in your browser settings.
- Email opens — our billing emails contain a small image that tells us whether the email was opened, so we know you received your invoice.
How we use your information
- To file and argue your property tax protest and represent you before the appraisal district and Appraisal Review Board.
- To communicate with you about your protest, results, invoices and deadlines.
- To bill for our services and record payments.
- To respond to questions you send us.

How we share information
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only as needed to provide our services:
- Appraisal districts and Appraisal Review Boards — filing your protest and authorization requires sharing your information with the Travis Central Appraisal District, Williamson Central Appraisal District and their review boards.
- Service providers — companies that help us operate, such as DocuSign (e-signatures), Square (payments), our email provider and our website host. They may use your information only to perform services for us.
- Legal requirements — when required by law, court order or to protect our rights.
Data retention and security
We keep client records for as long as we represent you and as needed for tax, billing and legal purposes. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards — including access controls and encrypted connections — to protect your information, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
Your choices
- You may ask us to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, subject to records we must keep by law or to complete services already provided.
- You can revoke an Appointment of Agent at any time by notifying the appraisal district and us.
- You can disable cookies in your browser and block email images in your email client.
Children's privacy
Our services are intended for property owners and are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
Links to other sites
Our website links to third-party sites such as DocuSign, Square, Google and the appraisal districts. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies.
