I (we) agree to pay Discount Property Taxes 33% of the total amount of taxes saved by having the valuation lowered.  I understand that payment is due within 30 days of successful lowering of your property tax valuation.  Payment to Discount Property Taxes can be made by check or by credit card using the Pay Invoice page on this website.

I (we) understand that if payment is not received, then Discount Property Taxes reserves all debt collection rights available by law

 

In order to complete the registration process, you must send us your property tax assessment information immediately upon receipt.
