owned and operated by Stephen M. Maida.
Mr. Maida is a graduate of The University of Texas at Austin. He
has over 10 years experience protesting property tax values. In addition to experience protesting
taxes, Mr. Maida has extensive experience in real estate
development, construction, sales, property management, and
development consulting for both residential and commercial real
estate projects. This knowledge of multiple disciplines gives Mr.
Maida a unique advantage against the opposition (the county tax
appraisers). We handle both residential and commercial real estate
property tax protests (including large institutional assets).
Mr. Maida is a licensed
Realtor, giving him access to the Austin Multiple Listing Service
(MLS) comparable sales data and rent data (used to evaluate
income producing property). He maintains an ongoing database of
both residential and commercial comparable sales to use along with complex
financial models to argue your tax valuations down as LOW AS
POSSIBLE. Mr. Maida maintains relationships with brokers throughout Austin and has some long term relationships
amongst the county appraisers.

print the appropriate Appointment of Agent form, sign and email it
in order to
